Marantz CD 6005 integrated amplifier with dac & phono stage. We have a Silver version, in excellent condition. Remote, manual, power lead and original box, fully serviced and performs 100% as it should.
The Marantz PM6005 is a well-regarded, budget-friendly 2-channel integrated amplifier delivering 45W per channel (8 Ohm) or 60W (4 Ohm). It is noted for its smooth sound, featuring both analog inputs and a built-in 24-bit/192kHz Cirrus Logic CS4398 DAC (optical and coaxial inputs) for digital sources. It includes a phono stage for turntables.
Known for a warm, detailed, and agile sound, often described as having high “rhythmic ability”. Features shielded optical and coaxial inputs to connect TVs, streamers, or laptops Includes four analog line-level inputs, a tape loop, and a moving-magnet (MM) phono input. Uses current feedback amplification and a toroidal transformer for clean power. The front panel is metal, offering a solid, high-quality finish. Features gold-plated speaker terminals with A-B switching, allowing for bi-wiring or driving two pairs of speakers.
